Is shopping online safe?
Yes. Shopping at Steiner Ceramics is secure. Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and Paymark Partner, using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card data is available to or used by the merchant. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction.It is important to us to provide you with the highest level of security and fraud protection. Your details will never be shared with any third parties and credit card details are not kept after a purchase has been made.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards – Visa and Mastercard via our website and at our studio. All prices are in NZ Dollars. If you require a different method of payment i.e internet banking or cheque please contact us via email or phone.
How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Once your order has been placed and payment made it will usually take around 1-10 working days for your products to be despatched (that is because each piece is handmade to order). If you have any special instructions or need to know further timings, please email or phone us. We will endeavour to deliver your goods to suit your timings. We deliver worldwide. Delivery is by Air Post(2-6 days) . Orders sent internationally are GST (Goods and Services Tax of 15%) exclusive. New Zealand delivery is usually by courier (1-3 days) at standard rates.
What is your refund and returns policy?
We are proud of our NZ made ceramic products and ensure they are of the highest quality. If by chance you find any item to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. However, if you have changed your mind or want to cancel your order, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
